Hi
It's easiest to simply download a complete version of FSL 4.1. There
is nothing wrong with keeping 4.0 on your system, in case you need 4.0
to compltete ongoing studies. Simply point FSLDIR to whichever version
you want to use and source the setup file accordingly.
