Richard Ballantine suggested I get in touch with you re collaboration and connections with hupi and the HPeJ, but looks like you've beaten me to it.
I've got institutional support for the project if it goes ahead, but it may be that using the OJS approach would enable the eJ to go onto a different footing. I'll have to have a think.
