I fall into the camp of those who find the proposed statement one to which
I could not put my name. While undoubtedly well intentioned, it is somewhat
politically naive and holds very real danger of being counter-productive.
Statements such as ''...property is theft" and "...accessory to a social
crime'', while likely to appeal to those of a politically active and
evangelistic bent are equally likely to create less positive perceptions of
the nature and role of CPUK among the majority of potential readers. ...Not
in my name - sorry!
