Good point. I have a feeling we never did a "new features" guide, we'll
have to make a list.
On the installation front, the new release goes into ccpnmr2.0, so it will
not touch the existing ccpnmr1.0 release code. The one thing that both
share is the bin directory. The 2.0.3 release (not the 2.0.2 release)
should save a copy of the old executable script, and create new ones (so
there will be analysis, analysis2 and analysis2.0, all being the same
thing).
On the data front, analysis2 will not directly read v1 projects. You need
to use the upgrade server to make the data compatible with v2:
http://www.bio.cam.ac.uk/ccpn/upgrade/
To use the script you need a username and password. This is what you
registered with the CCPN with. If you don't remember your password I will
reset it for you.
One nice change about v2. There is no separate project xml file,
everythign lives in one directory.
