Yes, I thought of PowerReader which can display words with
text-to-speech and picture support. Was wondering if there were other
things out there.
We used to do a program called StartWrite (word by word sentence writer
with very configurable TTS backup in the old days of the Apple II and
another called Maze which has a large simple puzzle with TTS support
which was quite effective.
