In SPM2, multispectral segmentation can be done by simply providing the two
images for the segmentation algorithm to work on. In SPM5, the default
segmentation does not work for multi-channel data - but it is still (I think
in the latest updates) possible to access the old segmentation algorithm of
SPM2 via the tools option from the TASKS pulldown.
If images are acquired with different dimensions, then you will have to
coregister and reslice one of the images so that it is aligned with the other
voxel-for-voxel.
