The School of Film, Music and Media is a priority development area for
the University and occupies a new £10.5 M Facilities Building housing
substantial 'cutting edge' resources, including FCP cost production
suites linked to a three camera HD studio. The course teaches film and
television production and post production in a dedicated tapeless
environment and sits alongside high profile courses in digital
animation and games art, special effects, interactive media, digital
photography and music technology, composition and management.
Due to the growth of the Film & TV programmes, we are now seeking an
energetic and enthusiastic specialist tutor to make a significant
contribution to the BA and lead the MA programmes. You will have a
degree in a relevant media specialism and have creative experience in
an appropriate area of practice within the Film & TV industry. You
will also be familiar with teaching at degree level setting projects,
tutoring students and assessing the outcomes and will have worked on
curriculum development.
