The web team at Ridgmount Street have put out the following message:
"Unfortunately there has been a problem with the login functionality on the
CILIP website over the past 24 hours.
This has been partially resolved: anyone who logs in now will be able to do
so AS LONG AS THEY HAVEN'T TRIED TO LOG IN OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS.
Unfortunately those who HAVE tried to log in since 3.30 yesterday afternoon
may still have problems (e.g. being incorrectly told that their membership
has been suspended).
Our developers are trying to resolve the problem completely but if in the
meantime you are one of those affected, and need to access member-only data
urgently, then we can reset the status of individual members. Please contact
[log in to unmask] if you need to have your status reset now.
Once again, many apologies for this inconvenience."
