The definition is supposed to be that RAMSize is the physical memory per
WN and SMPSize is the number of CPUs/cores per WN, hence RAMSize/SMPSize
is approximately the RAM available per job. It's suggested that sites
with a hard memory limit, i.e. jobs are killed if they exceed it, should
publish a RAMSize equal to the limit and an SMPSize=1, but at any rate
the ratio should be right.
