Dear all,
Here at Devon County Council HER we are considering revising our HER
visitor/enquiries form and making a more comprehensive Access and/or
User Guidance document. It'd be very useful to be able to see what
other HERs have done for Access, User Guidance, Terms & Conditions or
Charging documents, as I don't want to reinvent the wheel....
I'd be very grateful if other HERs could share with me relevant
documents, either on-list or off-list.
With many thanks,
Graham
