Dear list,
this is a known bug in MATLAB 2008a, see also
http://www.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/details.html?rp=451529
The bug is fixed in MATLAB 2008b prerelease. Meanwhile, you should
either stay with MATLAB 2007a/b or try to right click on the narrow
band of figure background surrounding the edit window. The context
menu will appear there.
