Another 2 options are:
- Mango (http://ric.uthscsa.edu/mango). After loading the 4D, use the
buttons "<" and ">" of your keyboard to navigate backwards and forwards
along the fourth dimension;
- FSLView has a "Movie Mode", that display the 4D as a movie.
