Dear Edward,
you'd probably have to put more RAM into your computer. However, if you
are running a 32bit Windows, more than ~3.5G can't be handled by your
OS.
Alternatively, you should think again about your settings for the
nonlinear frequency cutoff - lower cutoff means more basis functions
means more memory required.
