Hi Gus:
For question (1), Yes. In maxfilter gui, after load the file (say
your_second_session.fif) and setup all the parameters in Filter menu, go
to Move menu --> Data Transform, load your_1st_session.fif. This should
"align" the 2nd one and the 1st one.
For question (2), as Dr. Mosher mentioned, just 32 bit and 16 bit
storage issue. I think your Graph can handle both of them.
