How have you got the MP4 files set up ? On our Moodle if you just upload an
MP4 file and use it as a resource, there is no javascript involved as far
as I can tell, it just starts up Quicktime in the browser window directly.
Microsoft don't provide any native support for the ISO MP4 format in
windows, so if Quicktime or some other plugin that understands
MP4 isn't setup to work in IE, then the MP4 files will fail.
I have read some stuff recently about FF3 providing native video support,
but i'm not really sure how this works or if it is in the current
public downloads.
