I recently asked for ideas and suggestions for tests and tasks that could be used as part of interview and selection process.
I got a lot of responses with some very good ideas to consider. I had intended to reply to everyone individually, but I lost track of who I had replied to. So, this message is to thank everyone who took the time to reply and share their ideas and experiences with me.
Sadly, my colleagues in HR didn't share my enthusiasm for incorporating tests into our selection procedures, so I will not be able to use them on this occasion. But I have saved all the suggestions I received and will try them out, just as soon as I get a chance.
