Dear List,
Using featquery (in FSL v. 3.3.7), I’m trying to measure the mean t values of clusters that
show significant correlations between BOLD and behavioral scores so that correlation
coefficient of the cluster can be computed. When I ran featquery, the min t value reported
in Featquery output was 0. I ran featquery on 4 separate clusters, and the min has always
been 0. Is this possible since the ROI masks include only suprathreshold voxels? (Input FEAT
directories were taken from the correlation analysis, and each cluster contained 60-250
voxels.)
Thank you in advance for your input!
