Hi
I am running Ubuntu 8.04, Matlab 2008, FSL 4.1.0. FSL runs fine from bash.
However when I try to call some FSL routines with Matlab I get error, e.g.:
>> !susan
susan: /opt/matlab/sys/os/glnxa64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9'
not found (required by susan)
susan: /opt/matlab/sys/os/glnxa64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9'
not found (required by /usr/lib/fsl/libnewimage.so)
susan: /opt/matlab/sys/os/glnxa64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9'
not found (required by /usr/lib/libnewmat.so.10)
susan: /opt/matlab/sys/os/glnxa64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9'
not found (required by /usr/lib/fsl/libmiscmaths.so)
susan: /opt/matlab/sys/os/glnxa64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9'

FSL seems to be finding wrong version of files in
/opt/matlab/sys/os/glnxa64. If I temp delete files after Matlab running
then !susan works fine. Not possible to just delete files though as Matlab
requires them.
Error didn't happen with Ubuntu 7:10. I was wondering if there was a way to
make FSL ignore /opt/matlab/sys/os/glnxa64 directory when run from Matlab.
Thanks for any help
