Vacancy: Associate Director and Head of Migration, Equalities & Citizenship
Salary: from £45,000 plus benefits.
The Institute for Public Policy Research (ippr), the UK's largest
progressive think tank, is seeking to recruit an Associate Director to
oversee its work on migration and integration issues, and contribute to
the management of the whole institute.
For more than a decade ippr has been leading the way in promoting a
rational, balanced and fair debate on issues of asylum, migration,
integration, race equality and citizenship in the UK. The Migration,
Equalities and Citizenship team has an unrivalled reputation for
producing high quality, high profile interventions in UK and
international policy discussions. The departure of the current head of
the team at the end of the year creates an opportunity for someone to
lead an experienced and enthusiastic team of researchers, consolidate
ippr's considerable media profile in this area, and help influence
migration policymaking in the UK and abroad
