I have to say being a student of Machiavelli this is entirely predictable.
I think Machiavelli would also teach you that playing by the rules does not achieve a satisfactory
endgame.
The powers that be play a mean game of "fizbin" (if you recall Star Trek the original series "a
piece of the action")
One cannot outsmart them by trying to keep up with there rules, one needs alternative tactics and
strategies, but the moment one declares these in the internet equivalent of Lao Tzu one is defeated
anyway, best to keep em guessing eh :)
Are the Russians playing by the rules of the UN? Nah of course not .................
The question is where does our power lie? I can tell it is not through placatory and placebo
recognition through powerless committees set up when they already new the DRC was dying, I think I
did say this before.
