Hi all, for whom may be interested I'd like to signal here my new website:
http://www.fusisoft.it
Even if still under construction, you will find:
- overviews of several academic or commercial projects related to classics
and Italian literature, language and metrics;
- description and full interactive demo of my Greek and Latin metrics
analysis system (Chiron) with online query into a full work (more than
141,000 data);
- descriptions of several Classics-related projects including the full
automatic historical inflection of Latin and Greek language (Chiron) and a
generic XML-based corpora editor (Cadmus);
- several interactive tools for Classical antiquities: eras converters,
measurement units converters, Roman calendar, Roman emperors finder from
their titles, etc.;
- free downloads for Windows and Windows Mobile. For instance you will find
my 'universal' ecoding conversion software for Greek (convert Beta code,
Unicode, and any arbitrarily encoded font like SuperGreek, Greek, Graeca
etc.: should you find a font which is not covered you can create your own
description table -a simple XML file- using an online tool or its standalone
local counterpart), either online, standalone and as a Word 2007 addin;
- some downloadable papers and demo material, videos and screenshots
galleries.
Your feedback is welcome!
Thank you,
Daniele Fusi
