I've also been having problems installing the fink version of coot.
These problems have generally been because gtk+2-shlibs or librsvg would
not install. Librsvg has installed correctly this morning but now I have
a new problem:
"gtk+2: Depends: gtk+2-shlibs (= 2.12.11-1) but 2.12.11-2 is to be
installed"
Any ideas how to get round this one?
I have found that the binary package - thanks Bill - works well and can
be used with the coot auto opener. Installing this was much less
problematic than trying to install the fink distribution.
