They are seeking a Biostatistician at their US office in East Hanover, New
Jersey. All candidates must be eligible to work in the USA without restriction
(no relocation or work permit sponsorship on offer).
JOB ROLE: The Biotatistician is primarily responsible for all statistical aspects
of individual clinical trials.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
All statistical tasks on the assigned clinical trials including:
o Clinical Trial design/planning.
o Analysis plan.
o Reporting activities.
o Exploratory analyses and additional analyses to support
publications.
o Statistical consultation during the running phase.
Tracking clinical trial activities and milestones.
Ensuring timelines and adequate quality of all CIS deliverables for
the assigned trials.
Following processes and adhering to Company and project specific
standards as well as Health Authority requirements (SOPs, NIPS, Master
Analysis Plan, GCP, and regulatory guidelines).
Establishing and maintaining sound working relationships and
effective communication within the clinical trial team and the CIS team.
Participating in non-clinical project activities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
MS in Statistics with at least 3 years related experience in clinical
research working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or CRO environment.
Or, PhD in Statistics with limited or no experience (PhD must be
completed, not pending).
Strong statistical skills and the application of biostatistics
discipline.
Knowledge of SAS computer package.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good team collaboration.
