Dear Gabriela,
check our sourforge project at http://r2agui.sourceforge.net, it does
exactly what you want, it is also listed on the SPM extensions page at
the SPM site. Something similar can be done with dcm2nii coming with
mricron, written by Chris Rorden
(http://www.sph.sc.edu/comd/rorden/mricron).
Soon I will release a newer version of r2agui with some bugs fixed.
