When I put up 'Ampersand' I toyed with a second term: I thought of
'Ampersand &c' or Ampersand Etc' but wasn't happy with either of those
or any others that came to my african primate brain. I would, though,
slightly demure from 'Ampersand Listing' simply because I can't help
being reminded of the nautical associations of listing.
These sinking ships. My favourite Brit battleship was the Warspite,
which even beached itself in protest on the way to the scrapyard. And
never sank ever, clobbered though it might have been.
btw I'm sure there was a magazine or something in the past called
Ampersand, unless I've imagined it (that does happen)
