In my previous employment it was necessary to consider the local
competition i.e. other services offering flu vaccines and then pitch the
cost so it was competitive. A couple of years ago the nearby supermarket
offered a flu jab, whilst doing the grocery shop, for £15. It was a
convenient option for many.
