Dear Volkmar,
thanks you wanted to have a look at it!
I installed the updates (I had version 8xx instead of 948) and restarted
the system. Then I wanted to rerun the contrastmanager.mat-file I made
to check whether that "bug" was fixed in an update. Unfortunately, there
was an error reading the SPM.mat file so I decided to re-create the
SPM.mat file with my mat files. However, there is an error during the
very first steps (calculating globals), in file spm_fmri_spm_ui.m, line
404: error running job: inappropriate usage.
I'am sure this happens only after the update (I've used the SPM.mat and
other mat files several times without any problem before the update).
Maybe I've forgotten something else?
Before sending you the SPM.mat file I will first try the updated
spm_config_contrast.m, if can can deal with the other probs.
regards,
Benedicte
