Dear Benedict,
which version of spm_config_contrasts.m are you using? You can find out
if you type
edit spm_config_contrasts
in MATLAB. At the top there should be a commented version line. The
latest revision of this file is 948. If this is the revision of your
copy of spm_config_contrasts, I would like to ask you to send me the
SPM.mat and batch file off-list to see what is going on.
If your file has a lower revision, please update SPM and try again -
there have been some bug fixes that affect the replication behaviour.
