interviewing to do research, but felt you needed to know more?
CRFR is a consortium research centre conducting research on families and
relationships and disseminating it widely. Our courses are open to anyone and
are part of our commitment to enhancing research skills, making research

**Interviewing for Research**

*To introduce participants to qualitative interview techniques in social
research
*To provide an overview of the skills required to conduct qualitative in-depth
interviews.

**Evaluation in Practice**
13th November & 4th December 2008
University of Edinburgh
2 day course, 10am - 4pm
£270 (£150 one day only)
A practical 2-day course on how to set up systems that enable services to
evaluate the impact of their work and build evaluation into practice.
Day one provides an introduction to evaluation. After attending this, delegates
can participate in the second workshop session, applying the evaluation
approaches and methods considered on day one to their own organisation or
project, and developing a basic evaluation strategy for their project with
advice from the tutors.
