I have only one tip for that part of the world: around the Pyrenees (on
either the French or Spanish side) they make the most incredible hot
chocolate. I usually found it at village markets, where inscrutable old men
would ladle it out of steaming black cauldrons that looked almost
supernatural. If you can find it you must try it, it's mind altering and
should be a Category A Restricted Substance.
