You would need a maui reservation in order to ensure that SAM jobs are
executed as they arrive. Some details can be found here:

(Of course, you would have to adjust everything to your situation, this is

Some details on jobs can be found using
qstat -f <JOBID>
where <JOBID> is local (pbs) number of the job.
