This was it. I checked that for all the accounts you mentioned. For root
and edginfo it worked ok, but edguser was missing in ADMIN3 section of
the maui.cfg file, so diagnose command failed. Previously I was
convinced that lcg-info-dynamic-scheduler works as edginfo, but after
that test I checked whole execution chain and found that it operates as
edguser. Strange thing is that YAIM did not insert edguser in the
default configuration, just edginfo and rgma.
I wonder how would I've been so stupid not to check that in the first
place, but after executing the wrapper as root or edginfo the
information stayed in cache for some time, causing the command to work
properly even from edguser account.
