To test whether your SP is getting the right information through, you
can put together a simple script to display what would get passed
through to your real application. Look for the HTTP-SHIB headers.
Since we're Perl-based, we went for a simple cgi script below.

Carl
#!/usr/bin/perl
##
## printenv -- demo CGI program which just prints its environment
##
print "Content-type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1\n\n";
foreach $var (sort(keys(%ENV))) {
$val = $ENV{$var};
$val =~ s|\n|\\n|g;
$val =~ s|"|\\"|g;
printf "%32s", $var;
print " $val\n";
}
