Hi - the non-SGE parallelisation is old scripts which we're not
updating any more I believe. These old scripts in FSL4.0 are called
old_* and live in $FSLDIR/src/bedpost - you could try moving them into
$FSLDIR/bin.
So - it would probably be better to get SGE running on your computer
and use that, as FSL is all setup immediately to use that for
parallelisation. Hopefully a local sysad could do this for you fairly
easily.
