Hello,
I am trying to deproject a binary mask made from voxels that show
statistically significant differences that are presents in all of the
subjects. I made a binary mask of these voxels and I am using tbss_deproject
3 to project this mask back to the subjects original FA maps. The outcome of
this back projection is not a binary, rather is is a range of values ranging
from 0 to 12 (I have 12 subjects). The original mask values are 0 and 12,
the grot files are binaries as well. Do you have any suggestions about how
to ensure that the resulting back projection of a binary will be a binary?
Sincerely,
Anastasia
