Hi -
can you run the following command inside the bedpostx directory:
fslinfo merged_th1samples
My expectation is that this will show that dim 3 is the number of
slices in your data -
If this is true then all has gone smoothly, and the only problem has
been in the program which monitors the progress of bedpostx as it
progresses.
If there is really only 1 slice in merged_th1samples then there is a
problem
