Thank you for your reply. I am aware of the atlas tools included with
FSL, which is why I specifically referred to the AAL and the Brodmann
atlases which are not included. These are the only atlases used by
MRIcro & MRIcron, and some reviewers inquire as to where certain
activations/correlations fall on these maps. Are they available for
FSLview in any capacity? If not, can someone please provide me some
guidance on how to create an atlas if I want to use the AAL and
Brodmann images from MRIcron (i.e., value of voxel = certain brain
region)?
