yes, in the recent version of fslview (in "Tools"), you can have access to various atlases, probabilistic and not... Please have a look at http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslview/atlas.html and http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslview/atlas-descriptions.html.
