Hi,
I just want first to be sure about what you did: you have got more than 5 subjects, but for some reasons, the *_to_target_nonlinear.nii.gz were not created only for 5 of them.
You then re-ran tbss_2_reg on *all* the N scans (how many) so that you could get these 5 *to_target_nonlinear.nii.gz images. But again, it created *all* the *_affine.dof, *all* the *_nonlinear.dof but N-5 *_to_target_nonlinear.nii.gz. Is this right?
Or did you isolate these 5 subjects' scans in a new directory and ran tbss_2_reg only on those?...
