Interestingly Nik Sharma appears to have exactly the same problem as
you! :-)
Looking at the bedpostx script, on systems without SGE, the monitor
process gets killed when the main processing stage completes. There is
then a little delay while the postprocessing gets done and your
results should be complete.
Have you checked your results? Did monitor spit out any useful
messages before the Terminated one?
