You probably shouldn't be using anisotropy to constrain. Also, the result
of seed classification with one classification mask won't be particularly
useful. What is it that you are trying to do?
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] Probtrack error
I am running probtrack with one seed mask and one classification mask. Upon
completion (which occurs fairly quickly), probtrack outputs the following
error message:
Errors:
basename
data.bedpostX/merged
maskfile
data.bedpostX/nodif_brain_mask
seeds
data.bedpostX/frontal_ROI_mask
output verbose 1 nparticles 5000 nsteps 2000 usef 1 rseed 12345
I am not sure if this means there is something wrong with files I specified.
For the nodif_brain_mask I am using a mask that was made from a -thr 500
nodif_brain image (I am not sure if there is something wrong with doing this
to the nodif_brain image).
I have received this error twice now use different classification masks. I
am also using the following options in probtrack: modified Eueler
streamlining and anisotropy to constrain.
On both occasions the appropriate files appear in the probtrack results
directory; the seeds_to_X has nothing (which of course could mean there were
no seeds reaching the targets), but the fdt_paths "appears" OK.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Carlos Faraco
