Hi FSL users,
I am trying to incorporate the FSL atlases into an automated cluster
labeling script i am coding, and I was just wondering if someone would
be kind enough to clear up a simple question I have regarding the
Harvard-Oxford atlases. My question is, what does thr# mean (i.e.,
...maxprob-thr25-2mm.nii, etc.). I am assuming the thr is for
threshold, but what does the number represent? Is it the percentage of
subjects that showed common regions? Thanks in advance for your
guidance.
Kind Regards,
Michael Rubens
