Hi all,
I have recently subscribed to the Forced Migration List. I'm a member of
the faculty at Nazareth College in Rochester, New York, and work with
local refugee resettlement agencies.
One of my students is very interested in and hoping to conduct research
on the experiences of Burundian child refugees in urban Tanzania. She's
in the process of writing her research proposal, to be submitted to the
US Fulbright Program later this year. To enable her to complete her
proposal and enable her work in Tanzania, it is required that she
establishes contacts with individuals or organizations that work with
refugees in Tanzania, who would be willing to offer intellectual and
logistical support.
We're seeking help from members of the List in identifying such
individuals and organizations. We very much appreciate any information
and suggestions that would help in making this research project a reality.
Thank you all.
