THIS EMAIL MAY BE OF INTEREST FOR THOSE ON THE LIST WHO ARE ARTISTS AND
ALSO LIVE WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS AND/OR PAIN
If it interests you reply to rachelcreative [at] yahoo.co.uk rather than

Are you (or do you know) a creative person or artist living with a
chronic illness? Do you have a blog (or website) about your art? Do you
want to read about, or network with, other people in a similar
situation? If so have a look at our Chronic Artists Blog:
http://chronicartists.wordpress.com
It features creative people (artists, writers, photographers, musicians
and artisans) with chronic illness or pain, and hopes to create a
network of established and new artists who are balancing their art with
chronic health conditions and/or pain. Members are welcome from around
the world, from all kinds of artistic practices.
Chronic illness and pain can make us feel isolated. Hopefully this
network can let you connect with other artists who understand.
If you have a blog, join our blog ring by visiting the blog and clicking
on the link. If not but you would like us to link to your website, or
you would like to be a "guest blogger" (see
http://chronicartists.wordpress.com/guest-bloggers/) then get in touch!
Contact: rachelcreative [at] yahoo.co.uk
When chronic illness strips away parts of our life and when we can't
practice art how we want, if at all, are we still artists? Of course we
are - and sometimes we need other chronic artists to remind us of that.
