Dear friends - I have a model with multivariate normal values
AB[lev[j],1:2] ~ dmnorm(AB.hat[lev[j],],tau.AB[,])
which I need to constriant so that AB[lev[j],1] is above 0 and the other
is below.
I couldn't from the manual specifying "the arguments to the I(.,.)
function may be specified as "blanks" or as vector-values bounds" find
any help I could use (fault on my part). I tried simply adding
AB[lev[j],1:2] ~ dmnorm(AB.hat[lev[j],],tau.AB[,]) I(0,10)
which was declared syntactically OK, but did not compile, and I tried
AB[lev[j],1:2] ~ dmnorm(AB.hat[lev[j],],tau.AB[,]) I
((0,10),(-200,0)) which was not syntactically correct
So, I have been on the archives and found a single letter - but no
answer - on a related issue. So I look very much forward to get some
help with this simple thing.
All the best
Troels
