Keho : the place for Presence research
Call for articles
Keho is an informal online magazine aimed at researchers, practitioners,
students and anyone with an interest in Presence technologies and the
impact they will have on society in the future. The current issue of
Keho looks at Presence and the Body, and the next issue, out in October,
will explore how Presence technologies and digital mediation impact on
social relationships.
We would welcome any contributions on this theme; perhaps you have been
carrying out research in this area, or have some opinions on the impact
of new technologies and human relationships. Get in touch if you would
like to discuss this further.
About Keho:
Keho is the online ezine of the Peach project, a European Commission
three year Coordination Action on Presence whose main objective is to
stimulate, structure and support the interdisciplinary Presence research
community.
Presence research is a maturing interdisciplinary field and each issue
of Keho continues the editorial team's desire to explore work at the
edge of Presence research. It is sometimes said that the well-worn path
is easy and safe, so Keho seeks out the boundaries of Presence research
and reports back with the aim of both stimulating debate and inspiring
research.
