Creating a synthesiser from a speech sample needs a lot of specialist
work. I met a man at
ISAAC Dusseldorf who offered this as a (pricey) service.
Banking sample messages is simple however. Just save them as .wav files
and they can be
used easily with AAC software later, I cannot speak for all software,
but it works fine with
Teh grid 2 and Windbag.
