I have had patientline working with a srs intellec, but every time they
update the patientline software, they remove the IR capability. Last
time I tried to do this, for a long term stroke patient, patientline
said they had reprogrammed the terminal for IR (they have to do this to
individual beds), but after several tries & reprograms we got nowhere.
They persuaded me I should check the srs, but possum were unable to
confirm that the codes being sent were the correct ones. At this point
I gave up because the patient had been discharged.
I can give you my patientline contact if you have the time & tenacity!

Subject: PatientLine
Dear All,
What is the current status of interfacing Environmental Control with
PatientLine? This is something I recall people talking about in the
past, but am unsure if the technology is available. Presumably the
PatientLine requires an IR window.
I have a tetra patient who may be on a ward for some while and this may
be an important issue for him.
The particular PatientLine model was #80007.
Many thanks,
Neil Gregory
