A full-time assistant/associate professor position in cognitive neuroscience is available in Cognitive Neuroscience at the Korea National University of Education. This post is linked to a new Korean government-funded project (The World Class University project) on science of learning (educational neuroscience). The postdoctoral position is ideal for a recent PhD who would like to gain experience with using fMRI/MEG in creative ways to investigate various aspects of inference and perception type (inductive, abductive, and deductive) and higher-cognitive control. Candidates should be independent thinkers who would like to work as part of a team to carry out research projects. Candidates should have previous experience conducting fMRI/MEG experiments, analyzing fMRI/MEG data, and programming in MATLAB. The World Class University project is a higher education subsidy program of the Korean government (The Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology), which invites international scholars who possess advanced research capacities to collaborate with Korean faculty members in key growth-generating fields.
You could be employed as full-time faculty members at Dept. of Biology Ed. at KNUE, to conduct joint research with Korean academics.

- Working on a research team that includes one to two Korean faculty members. You can either focus on research alone or also be involved in teaching activities.
