Job description:
Computation functional anatomy laboratory at National University of Singapore
(http://www.bioeng.nus.edu.sg/cfa) focuses on neuroimage research, in
particular, shape analysis on white matter tracks and gray matter structures,
and surface-based analysis on fMRI. We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow
who is specialized in the segmentation based on Markov Random Field and shape
model in structural MRI and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). A candidate who
has experience with DTI tensor estimation and fiber tracking, is desirable.
Annual salary is negotiable (between US 45,000.00 to 60,000.00 dollars).
Qualification: Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in computer science, or
electrical computer engineering, mathematics, or biomedical engineering. The
background in C++, MATLAB, and Linux system are necessary.
